Throwback Thursday: "Homecoming" -- Kanye West ft. Chris Martin

Dedicating this one to TJ, who's heading back to his hometown of Chicago with a mob of folks (including yours truly) for the Penguins/Blackhawks game this weekend.

"Finish Her!"

WorldStar would surpass Facebook, Twitter, and Snap Chat combined if every video was like this.

The Good Nurse

From Funny Or Die:

If you don't get it, you don't watch It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. And I feel sincere pity for you.

Monday Kickstart: Hard to Focus

The struggle is real.

And this is why no one likes a tease. Remember ladies: It's the ultimate compliment. Especially when you consider that we're usually trying to stop it from happening. It's a real fight sometimes. Sometimes it's a beating...

*cough*—moving on. This week's inspiration is, uh...Ms. something something:

...*shakes head* Sorry. Got lost for a second there. Her name is Meghan Wiggins. And she's straight fire. Let's go.

Anchor's Delight

With Jimmy Fallon at the helm, The Tonight Show will never be the same again.

(And that's a good thing.)

Throwback Thursday: "Motown Philly" -- Boyz II Men

Synchronized gear? Check.
Synchronized dance moves? Check.
Synchronized hair styles? Check.
An endless list of spinoff acts? Check.

Yup, we're back in the '90s.

Tuesday Kickstart: Say It Like You Mean It

In tribute to our smooth ass founding fathers, we start this week a day later than usual. But to start it off right, we're going to share a refresher on basic grammar, as taught by Glove and Boots.

This week's inspiration is Valentine themed; and though I still refuse to recognize that day as being a real thing, Kylie Johnson is one of the few who might could make me reconsider that opinion:

Might could. Let's go.

Red Light Special

Who says you can't dance to dubstep?

I mean...I support the message and all, but... Way to be a downer, man.

Throwback Thursday Bonus

Tupac and John Singleton once had a footrace in NYC. Pac smoked him.

TJ with the assist.

Throwback Thursday: "Creep" -- TLC

Yes, I had a crush on Chilli back in the day. It happens. And, yes, this track made me daydream of cheating on my eventual wife with her.

...it happens.

Three Times an MVP

Give Kevin Hart a microphone, and you have a commercial. You don't have to bother writing or rehearsing anything. Just let his mind and mouth take it there.

Monday Kickstart: How the West was Son'd

Welp, this is the early front-runner for best movie of 2014.

"If you wanna send me a letter, you've gotta send it 'Care of: her vagina'." Jesus this looks hilarious. Don't know if I can get used to MacFarlane's voice coming out of his own head, though; I'm so used to it coming out of Ted and Family Guy characters. And I hope Sarah Silverman's character has a bigger part in the film than she does in the trailer, because she might just steal the whole thing.

Now that you've had your laughs, how about something to inspire you this week? These days there may be no better inspiration than the big, beautiful...brown eyes of the UK's Demi Rose:

Bloody hell she's fine. Let's go.

Throwback Thursday: "Drop" -- The Pharcyde

One of my favorite underappreciated tracks from back in the day. And the video just keeps getting better the further into it you go.

Childish Dawn

...or is that PM Gambino?

From AV Club:
BBC Radio 1 has convinced all sorts of artists to cover tracks for its Live Lounge video series. Haim took on Miley Cyrus, Angel Haze did Beyoncé, and now Donald Glover has taken his turn. The former Community star known as Childish Gambino turned in a solid cover of P.M. Dawn’s 1992 hit “I’d Die Without You.”

Not Having Kids

I highly recommend folks try this. In the red states, especially.

Mixed Signals

This is a bittersweet video for me. I didn't know Melissa is married; that's certainly going to put a damper on our relationship. But at least the laughs from the turn the plot takes will ease some of my pain.

Monday Kickstart: Sexy But Tasteful

Newcastle should've made the ad. Would've been better than any of the other Super Bowl ads that aired last night. Hell, even this reading of it is better than any of the ads that aired last night.

For inspiration this week, look no further than Ms. Danielle Mae Sheehan:

Let's go.
