Comic Relief

I'm just guessing; but I'd have to say that, after doing The Tonight Show and feeling up Amy Schumer, third place on every comic's dream list is drop kicking a heckler.

From Playboy:
During an open mic comedy show in Las Vegas, a guy was given his five minutes to do a set and when time was up, the host walked over and informed him that was the end of the set, as most hosts do. Apparently the comedian/heckler did not take kind to this, as he’s known as to disrupt shows and ruin other comic’s sets.

Monday Kickstart (Part 1): Upon Further Review

If you've paid any attention to entertainment news lately, you know Adam Sandler's new flick Pixels is getting eviscerated by critics. MovieBob, it seems, felt that's not strong enough. So he went nuclear.

Holy hell. I feel like he was actively pissing on a picture of Sandler's face and spitting while he raged that one out. Sometimes I wonder if disastrous press like this makes Sandler sit in a dark room crying like a little baby. Then he releases another terrible film, and makes it abundantly clear that he really doesn't give a fuck.

Mother Nature's a Dick

If you're going to film yourself doing just about anything on the beach, you'd better keep one eye on the shoreline. Mother Nature ain't to be trusted.

Darwin Was Right

Anyone harassing a horse—from behind, no less—is just wasting good oxygen that could be going to the more deserving living things on this planet.

Guess he didn't want that hat...?

A 2-for-1 on Lessons

Look, if a brotha knocks you to the floor with one shot and then walks away, maybe don't push the issue any further.

How to Save a Life

From Playboy:
A Brazilian woman was teetering on a ledge threatening to jump and somehow this guy got above her without being detected and saved her in the most dramatic way possible.

Respect My Gangsta: Old Man By the Sea

This is sweet, sweet poetry. If you act like a douchebag, you deserve to get knocked the fuck out.

Know the Ledge

On the one hand, she should've known what she was in for when she got dressed that morning. On the other hand...he's probably dead now.

Monday Kickstart: Don't Sleep on Barry O.

Our president is the best of both worlds: a classy statesman, and an out-and-out gangsta on the mic.

That's as close as we may ever get to a sitting president saying, "Shut the fuck up.". You're a stone cold gangsta, Barry O.

As inspiring as it is to see a president who doesn't let the childish members of the GOP mess with his flow, I think we need a little more inspiration to kick this workweek off right. So, for that I'll hand the mic to Ms. Catherine Elizabeth:

Let's go.

Welcome to the Game of Life

From College Humor:
This might be the greatest and freakout video I've ever seen. It's at least as good as the video from a few years back with the kid who shoves a remote control up his butt after his mom deletes his WOW account. The scene unfolds like an epic tragedy, opening with "Halo?! There's no fucking Halo?!" From there we're taken to a showdown on the back lawn with the son pleading to his father for the mercy of his games. Mercy will not be shown, and there will be no survivors.

They rightly point out that this is, in all likelihood, staged. They also rightly point out that it doesn't matter because this kid's performance is hilarious.

Real Talk: Talib Kweli

If you're going to bring a brother as intelligent as Talib Kweli on to speak on something as complex and polarizing as Ferguson, at least let him speak, Don.

Monday Kickstart: He Bron

The bigger the target, the more laser-guided bombs that obliterate it. I submit this small collection of LeBron clownings that dominated social media last night.

Well that was fun, wasn't it? Hopefully we'll get to see many more of those for years to come. It'd be nice if we didn't have to wait until the end of the postseason, though. Maybe we'll get to see them in April next year instead.

Thankfully, we don't have to wait that long to see this week's inspiration, Ms. Iana Little (who's all set for tonight's World Cup match vs. Ghana):

No one should ever be deprived of her. Let's go.

Tuesday Kickstart: She Gone

I don't really hate Aubrey Graham as much as a lot of folks do. But he's such an easy target, that a lot of the shade thrown his way is too good to pass up. Even if it's sometimes unintentional (thanks to Exel for finding this Vine).

Then again, after watching that a few hundred times and wiping the tears from my eyes, I'm not entirely certain that was unintentional by Jhene. The look on her face right as she does it is such an "Oh god, this nucca's gonna try and touch me" look.

Your inspiration this week is Ms. Shelby Chesnes. Shelby previously appeared as a Kickstart inspiration in March 2013, so you know it'll take some serious fire to make it in a second time...

...Yup, that'll do it. Let's go.
