Friendly Rivals

San Diego pitcher Jake Peavy, some might say, is sleeping with the enemy. Or at least letting the enemy sleep in his house. Last year's Cy Young winner has had a life long friendship with Astros pitcher Roy Oswalt and they both happened to be the starting pitchers for their respective teams on Opening Day this past Monday.

Peavy propelled the Padres to a 4-0 victory. The two off season hunting buddies were said to have arranged an undisclosed non monetary wager for the game.

They then left PETCO Park in the same car and drove towards Peavey's home, where Oswalt is staying for the duration of the 3 game series.

Something is very cool about that and yet so wrong.
