Redefining "Bush League" by beaning an umpire

As someone who has played baseball all my life, this is just sick and unheard of. I can tell you that in nearly every single baseball game played -- from little league to MLB, there is at least one team that thinks they are getting screwed over by the umpire...if not both teams. But I have never seen this before.

A high school battery (pitcher and catcher) organizes a beaning of the ump in this Georgia state championship game where the pitching team was down 9-1 early and pissed at the umpire. In the previous half-inning, the pitcher's brother, who had been drafted #15 by the Dodgers in the draft, had thrown his helmet down in disgust after being called out on strikes.

Yeah, this is just pathetic. Almost as pathetic is the coaches and parents who somehow tried to excuse the behavior or say it was an accident.
