This is more of an obligatory post than you'll usually find when it comes to "Tail Reports". Flipping through the red carpet photos from last night, there really didn't seem to be much to make the ol' mouth water. Each of these ladies has looked hotter at other times, in my opinion, but oh well.
Katy Perry (Her legs and see-through dress earned her the mention. I have to give Russell credit—she's a thoroughbred. And if she really is into kissing girls, then...I fully understand wifing her.)
Vanessa Hudgens (Always delish)
Scarlett Johansson (Looking like every other attractive blonde chick...ever.)
Lindsay Lohan (Also looking like every other attractive blonde; the difference, of course, being that looking like an attractive blonde has become a rarity for Lindsay these days.)
Eva Mendes (You're welcome, TJ.)
Aubrey Plaza (A personal favorite of mine; the highly underrated talent—in every sense of that word—from "Parks and Recreation".)
Chelsea Korka (Am I showing my age by not having the slightest clue who she is? Wikipedia says she's "a member of Pussycat Dolls' European spin-off group The Paradiso Girls." *shrug* Whatever—shorty got some vicious thighs.)
Audrina Patridge (Looking like the Tin Man's slutty daughter.)

This one's for TJ: Actress Eva Mendes has posed for a new series of provocative Calvin Klein ads. While some focus more on inferred sexuality...

Most Desirable Woman of 2009
The results are in, and the people have spoken. Or maybe it was just TJ repeatedly submitting his vote. Either way, Ms. Eva Mendes has been named AskMen.com's Most Desirable Woman of 2009, beating out Megan Fox (#2) and Marisa Miller (#3). Though physical beauty is one criterion, the annual poll is also based on various intangible characteristics that men look for in a potential mate, such as personality, sense of humor, lack of a gag reflex, etc.[What's that? It's not one of the criteria? Says who?]
Hopefully Eva heeds the lesson of last year's No. 1, Katherine Heigl, who this year fell all the way down to 81st spot (out of 99). Also notable is the return to the list of Britney Spears (#90), and Halle Berry's ranking at No. 13, an impressive feat for any 42 year old woman (though I think most people will agree with me that Halle is far from being just "any woman"). The full list can be found here.
