Tuesday Kickstart: She Got Game

Starting a day later, in reverence to Dr. King. And in reverence to Mrs. Obama (TJ with the assist):

DON'T YOU EVER STEP UP IN HER WHITE HOUSE WITH NO WEAK SHIT. DO YOU HEAR ME?

Don't. You. EVER.

Now, for another kind of inspiration...how about the nerve-tingling-hot Sophie Rose?

Yeah, I thought that might do it for you. Let's go.

See Ya at the Crossroads

As you know, my feelings towards LeBron are less than warm. I wouldn't say that I hate him, I'm just not among his droves of fanboys.

That being said, this is hilarious.

Life Ain't Fair

Know why? Because when Dwyane Wade, who by age 29 has already been blessed with ridiculous athleticism, a sweet gig as the starting point guard for the biggest sports franchise in Miami (of all cities!), an NBA championship, and Gabrielle-hot-as-fiyah-Union for a girlfriend, finally turned 30—that turning point which most of us meet with angst and trepidation—he was given a brand new McLaren MP4-12C.

Let me state that again: Wade was GIVEN a new McLaren. The superstar, millionaire, A-list-Hollywood-actress-tagging NBA player was handed the keys to a beautiful, top-of-the-game $230,000 supercar, free of charge. Think about that long and hard. And then try to sleep tonight.

Just in Case You Forgot...

...Taj Gibson's a man. I guarantee Wade won't be forgetting that anytime soon.

Daily Dunk(s): Taj Gibson

Mr. Gibson got his grown man on in last night's Eastern Conference Championship Game 1. First, he abused Dwyane Wade with a second quarter slam that caused Twitter, Facebook, and my phone erupt in unison; I wasn't near a TV at that moment, but tweets, statuses, and texts from countless people alerted me to what had just happened. This included a text from lifelong Bulls fan TJ: "TAJ GIBSON JUST DUNKED WADE INTO NEXT YEAR".

Then, with the game well in hand in the fourth quarter, Gibson let loose another gem, catching a rebound and dunking the ball so ferociously that it sounded like a gunshot.

It's only been one game, but the Heat may have a problem on their hands.

Top 10 NBA Free Agents (and where they're going)

With the craziest NBA free agent signing period ever beginning in just a few hours, I'm tired of listening to all the rumors so I've decided to just let you know what's going to happen.

10. Ray Allen, SG, Boston Celtics: Great shooter, very inconsistent and at the end of his career.

Likely Signing With: Boston Celtics. Possibly whatever team Lebron signs with to be the wide-open three-point shooter and pick up two more rings before he retires.

9. David Lee, PF, New York Knicks: Tremendous rebounder and role player in the prime of his career.

Likely signing with: New Jersey Nets or New York Knicks.

8. Carlos Boozer, PF, Utah Jazz: Great scoring and rebounding power forward, potential all-star. Horrible timing with becoming a free-agent this year where there are at least four power forwards available that are better than him.

Likely Signing With: Los Angeles Clippers or New Jersey Nets.

7. Paul Pierce, SF, Boston Celtics: Strong scorer that can provide a go-to player for any team in the clutch.

Likely Signing With: Boston Celtics, possibly Los Angeles Clippers to play with childhood friend Baron Davis.

6. Joe Johnson, SG, Atlanta Hawks: Top scorer in the prime of his career. Younger version of Ray Allen.

Likely Signing With: New York Knicks to become their primary player.

5. Dirk Nowitzki, PF, Dallas Mavericks: Possibly the best pure scorer available, Dirk is unstoppable on offense.

Likely Signing With: Dallas Mavericks to finish his career where it started.

4. Amare Stoudemire, PF, Phoenix Suns: A beast in the post, he's got great offense and improving defense in the prime of his career.

Likely Signing With: Miami Heat to join forces with Wade.

3. Chris Bosh, PF, Toronto Raptors: Perennial all-star in the post that will loosen up any defense for outside shooters.

Likely Signing With: Chicago Bulls or Cleveland Cavs, wherever Lebron goes.

2. Dwyane Wade, SG, Miami Heat: Second best player in the NBA.

Likely Signing With: Miami Heat, possibly Chicago Bulls to play in his hometown.

1. Lebron James, SG, Cleveland Cavaliers: Best player in the NBA, probably will finish his career as the best ever.

Likely Signing With: Cleveland Cavaliers, Chicago Bulls, New Jersey Nets. This is a tough one to call. James is from Ohio and a loyal person but Chicago has the best opportunity to build a championship legacy. On the other hand, his good friend is a co-owner of the Nets.

Also, you heard it here first: Lebron James has purchased a mansion in New Jersey. This is not from any media outlets out there, but from a friend of a friend. Good to know real estate agents.

Daily Dunk: Dwyane Wade

Weekend Wade reminding Kevin Garnett how old he is... This dunk is nasty but not as vicious as most of the dunks that are posted. I would like to point out that D. Wade hammered this home in a win-or-go-home playoff game and did it in KG's mug en route to a 46-point effort. Kudos to Flash.

Daily Dunk: Dwyane Wade

I had no idea Wade was capable of something this vicious. Watch Varejao through the end of the play, and laugh along with me as his legs flip up like he's a fold-away bed that someone's putting away.

D. Wade Jordan "W3lcom3 Hom3" shirt

If you didn't hear the sneaker news about D. Wade... and you probably didn't because I didn't post it... he dropped Converse and signed with the Jordan brand. This is nothing significant in a business sense because Nike is the parent of both companies. However, for us Wade fans that double as sneaker heads, this is great news. What will Wade wear? Retros? His heat colors match the Bulls colors perfectly so it's be great to see him wearing all the old J's.

Anyways here's Wade, rocking his first Jordan brand personalized piece.

Daily Dunk: Nene

Since we always show D.Wade yacking on his fellow NBA athletes, it's only fair we show him getting toileted when it happens courtesy of the Nuggets' Nene, who has really stepped up his facial game this season.

Daily Dunk: Dwyane Wade

As soon as I saw this on the highlights last night today's DD wasn't even a question. I feel like Dwayne Wade aka D Weezy has been the Daily Dunk at least once a week since the season started. He's a beast.

I believe that Wade said this to Okafor after the dunk: "Okay you're a goon, but what's a goon to a goblin? Nawthin!"

Take note of the way Okafor sprints from the top of the key to attempt to block the dunk. What the f*ck are you thinking Emeka?

Daily Dunk: Dwyane Wade

I saw this on Sportscenter last night and an immediate thizz face* was expressed.

UGH.

So nasty.

So easy.

So ruthless.

I have a feeling we'll see a lot more of these from Mr. Wade this season.

*Thizz Face: The facial expression on one's face after taking ecstasy/MDMA. A proper thizz face includes one's teeth grinding together or having their mouth closed. The facial expression is often compared to the one in which a person smells urine.

Daily Dunk: Dwyane Wade

I missed Dwyane Wade. The real, healthy, explosive Dwyane Wade.

I'm betting the Trail Blazers, however, did not.

Daily Dunk: Kobe Bryant

Today the U.S. team sealed a shot at the gold medal against Spain as they routed Argentina.

Here's one of the better dunks from this year's Olympics as D.Wade makes a nice save that ends up being a perfect alley-oop to Kobe.

Hopefully the "redeem team" doesn't pull a U.S. Women's softball and blow the final.

Daily Dunk: Dwyane Wade

Fresh from this morning's Team USA barn burner against Lithuania, here's the world's best 6th man, Dwyane Wade, catching a windmill alley-oop. Looks like Riley really was saving him.

Wade + Union

Yes, I realize now that I'm hella late on this one. But it's news to me and I confirmed that it's news to my boy too, so now if you didn't know, you know.

Last September Dwyane Wade separated from his wife and high school sweetheart (she has since moved back to their hometown Chicago) and has had a (ongoing?) relationship with Gabrielle Union. Apparently, people thought it was only a fling and Wade's ex flew all the way to Miami to confront Union, but they were seen at Jet this past weekend getting it on before Team USA took off for China.

You really can't be mad at Wade, but Union is another one of 'those,' having been rumored to be with Derek Jeter, Jason Kidd, and others.

But hey, those are just rumors...
