Tupac made $15 million in 2008 (true story)
According to Forbes.com's "Hip Hop's Cash Kings" list, the late (and great) Tupac Shakur has made $15 million in 2008, falling just behind Doc Dre on the list that was topped by 50 Cent ($150m), Jay-Z ($82 million), Diddy ($35m), and Kanye ($30m).
The suprises on the top 20 list (Tupac was not included on the list because he is deceased) were undoubtedly Swizz Beats at $17 million, Common at $12 million (movie money is good!!) and Chamillionaire at $10 million, grinding on his show tours and...mixtapes?
Anyways, congrats to all these cats, who have found a nice way to make a living.
