Daniel Negreanu discusses his poker legacy

In his latest blog entry, professional poker celebrity Daniel Negreanu has gone into detail his mark on the history of poker, where he stands in the all-time money lists and what his goals are in the near future.

"Kid Poker" is up there in tournament money both all-time (2nd) and at the WPT (1st), but falls short of the top ten in the World Series of Poker.

Negreanu was one of the primary reasons why poker has become so mainstream and popular in the past ten years. He has had incredible tournament success since he moved to Vegas as a young twenty-something and climbed the ladder of the big Vegas cash games before hitting a well-publicized cold streak, which forced him to stop playing the 'big game' in Vegas. In the past year he has captured a WSOP bracelet and made several other final tables on the poker tournament circuit, pushing him back into the gambling spotlight.

Check out his blog for his take as well as some political views on the anti-Obama campaigning that is going on.
