Basketball has been in Czechoslovakia for some time now, I'm sure, but that doesn't mean that all of the fundamentals are necessarily ingrained in their pro teams. And waiting until the clock has ticked "0:00" to celebrate would seem to be a pretty obvious one, at least for American sports fans.
