Leave it up to the funky Filipinos to produce a show about a crime fighting dwarf who pulls mad batches in the pacific islands.
Then leave it to some more Filipinos to make a rap song that illustrates "Wang Wang" and his (her?) adventures.
I don't think you'll be disappointed if you watch this.
