Rhymefest diss to Charles Hamilton "Super Sonic"
I have nothing against Charles Hamilton personally but I have to say that I feel like his marketing schemes and image are pretty corny, so basically everything that Rhymefest says in this song I agree with.
I think Hamilton made a couple hot songs and somehow hit an internet snowball effect that propelled him into an underground spotlight that he's not really ready for. It's funny because I have this lightweight salt for Charles Hamilton and wondered what the hype was all about, but Rhymefest just confirmed that I'm not the only one that was wondering what the hype was about.
We'll see, maybe he'll prove me wrong but rocking pink shirts and Sonic the Hedgehog gear isn't gonna take him very far in the rap world.

Fuckin bullshit. washed up rapper hating on new generation. Hamilton is a skilled producer and more talented rapper than rhymefest who is probably 15 yrs. his senior. It's easy to want to hate on kids like roth, hamilton, etc. because they know how to play the game by today's rules and they are successful at it. Let the new guys do their thing. It's a natural tendancy to want to hate, find cracks, imperfections in someone else who is enjoying the stardom/career we aspire/dream for but acting on that tendancy is counterproductive. Rhymefest should feel blessed that he still has enough revalence within the genre to be mentioned in a line by Hamilton.
And there is no such thing, in my opinion, as "accidentially creating an online snowball effect". His buzz is the result of skill, a quality product, consitently performing/freestyling on radio shows, 100's of youtube posts, sic music videos, etc. that is serious grindage - no "accident".
