Let the Healing Begin

I can sympathize with this guy. In my life, I've owned two jerseys: a Tim Brown Los Angeles Raiders jersey, and a Natrone Means San Diego Chargers jersey. The price for an authentic jersey is just too high, when there's always a decent chance that the player won't be with that team next year, next month, or even next week. This past Tuesday I was considering the purchase of a Penguins jersey, but...nah. I'll spend it on booze instead. At least I know when the booze is going to be gone.

Daily Dunk Fail: Hedo Turkoglu

This season the big story for the Orlando Magic was the emergence of Hedo Turkoglu as their "go-to guy" in the waning moments of close games. Unfortunately for the Magic and their fans, he's still got some growing to do. This is very un-Lebronesque as he goes up for a dunk that would close the gap to one point with about ten seconds left. Instead, he faces rejection and takes an early vacation. As some dumbass pointed out to me at the poker table last night, "The Magic needed that game."
