We've all seen it coming for several weeks now. But it took last night's dismantling at the hands of the Green Bay Packers for Jerry Jones to finally pull the trigger on firing Wade Phillips.

Offensive Coordinator Jason Garrett will be taking over as the interim head coach, as reported by Chris Mortensen of ESPN.
