Respect My Gangsta: Steve Johnson

When you do battle with "Batman & Robin", it only makes sense to be a Joker.

From Shutdown Corner:
With the self-proclaimed tandem of Batman and Robin (Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco) on the other side of the field from Steve Johnson on Sunday, the Buffalo Bills' third-year receiver said he was going to play the role of The Joker.

To hammer home the point, Johnson wrote the most famous quote from Heath Ledger's character in "The Dark Knight" on his T-shirt before taking the field, with plans to display it after his first touchdown. Good thing for Johnson that he scored three on the day:

Johnson's performance helped spark a big come-from-behind victory for his team. Sometimes it's the "bad guys" that finish first.

Here we go

ESPN has already given us a healthy overdose of Terrell Owens, but now VH1 will finish us off, stuffing T.O. down our addicted throats with his own reality show.

And the kicker?

They've already started filming.

From Yahoo:

The plot of Terrell's show offers echoes of VH1's 2007 series, " Scott Baio Is 45 & Single," which found the former "Joanie Loves Chachi" star re-examining his personal life and commitment issues.

While Scott had pals Johnny V and former "Wonder Years" star Jason Hervey guiding his journey on " Scott Baio Is 45 & Single," Owens has friends Monique Jackson and Kita Williams helping his path to self-discovery.

VH1 confirmed that the two women will work as "matchmakers and therapists" for the pigskin star.

Team Player

Is T.O. really mad because his team has the best tight end in the game and his quarterback throws the ball to him?

From ESPN:

A source who speaks regularly with Owens' teammates told ESPN that Owens thinks Romo and Witten -- close friends and road roommates who came to Dallas in the same offseason -- hold private meetings and create plays without including Owens.

Owens believes these discussions have worked to his detriment and Romo seeks to deliver the ball to Witten regardless of whether Owens is open.

What a bitch. Dude is stooping to a new low.
