Baseball is Back

I think I speak for all Seattle Mariners fans when I say that I'm thrilled to have Griffey Jr. back in an M's uniform. The Mariners are in first place for a day at least so it's better than last season. The Kid even hit a home run.

The Sonics left us, the Seahawks are 2-6 (although I'd like to note they're tied for second place in the NFC West) and the Huskies are the worst team in Division I football (history?). So even though the Mariners were awful (and that's an understatement) last season, they're just about all we have to look forward to right now. Ecapcity just dropped a couple new colorways for Seattle heads and Mariners fans to sport.

Richie Sexson finally earns some $

If you're a Mariners fan... okay, you're probably not a Mariners fan, but if you're a Richie Sexson fan...

I don't know where this is going.

Basically Richie Sexson took a high-and-down-the-middle pitch yesterday and decided it was the opportune time to release all that tension that has been building up over the past two seasons of hitting .205 and .209 for a meager $15 million paycheck.

Go get 'em Richie!
