Seattle got hoopers

I received this email from my boy and seeing that we have a lot of 206 readers, decided to put this up:

Allonzo Trier, the subject of this lengthy profile, attends Sequoyah Middle School in Federal Way --- not too far from the palatial Condotta homestead --- and plays for Seattle's Rotary AAU team.

The NYT story says he's in sixth grade, noting that he was held back a year after being diagnosed with a learning disability.

Here, also, is a scouting profile of Trier.
The story also points out that some of Trier's academic expenses are being paid for by the Brandon Roy Foundation.

Glad to see that the Seattle baller trend is continuing.
