Catching up with "Starbury"

Man has this guy hit the bottoms. Just when we thought it couldn't get any worse than breaking down in tears to gospel for no apparent reason, former future hall-of-famer (we thought) Stephon Marbury pulls these dance moves out of his bag of tricks.
